Katia decides to open a French delicatessen shop in Malmö. Chance makes her discover the friisgatan street with which she falls in love. An old women's clothing store can be rented at 14 Friisgatan.
This will therefore be where Le Gourmet will open at the beginning of November 2017. The first customers will find chocolates, jams, pâtés, sardines, fish soup, mustard, duck confit, cassoulet, and more .... all products coming directly from France and mainly craftsmen.
Since then, we have grown and developed, among other things thanks to our loyal guests who have guided us based on their wishes and needs, and who have given us the desire to grow and develop to where we are today.
Le Gourmet is a family owned restaurant, which treasures the atmosphere just as much as the dining menu.We've assembled a strong team of professionals, all of whom aspire to constantly excel and step it up!
Finally some authentic french cuisine in the heart of Malmö! I have had the pleasure of dining at Le Gourmet several times and finally got down to writing a review for this unique establishment. A complete french environment makes for a great experience together with very friendly service and tasty food!
